I am amazed at times at some people who turn up to train in a martial art.
They go through the movements, they seem to follow the instruction.
However when you actualy watch them they are just going through the motions.
No effort, no enthusiasum, no energy, no sweat.
And then they wonder why they are not moving on quick enough.
What I wonder is, what do they get from the lessons.
Why pay good money just to try and escape from any real excersion.

Good training at the club, have a good work out, meet some good people, and enjoy a beer,
Last Thursday in June is Pub night guys, enjoy a glass of cool beer, after a good training session.
7.30 till 9.00 then off to Red lion, Blandford close.
....mmmmm......Beer, summer evenings, relaxing, chilling, now that always seems like a good idea to me
